Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using the ProLutas platform, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any provision, we recommend that you do not use our services.
Description of Services
ProLutas is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform focused on managing Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts events, offering features such as:
- Creation and management of events and championships
- Online subscriptions with integrated payment
- Automatic generation of competition brackets
- Athletes and academies
- Issue of cards, diplomas and certificates
- Detailed reports and rankings
Register and Account
To use certain services, you need to create an account by providing true, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities performed under your account.
User Responsibilities
The user commits to:
- Provide true and updated data
- Use the platform ethically and legally
- Do not share access credentials with third parties
- Respect the intellectual property of ProLutas
The event organizer is solely responsible for the veracity of the information inserted, for compliance with the rules of the event and for the relationship with the athletes enrolled.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by integrated gateways such as Mercado Pago and Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and access remains active until the end of the period already paid. We do not perform partial periods refunds.
Intellectual Property
The entire content of the ProLutas platform — including layout, logo, source code, text and visual resources — is uniquely owned by ProLutas and is protected by Brazilian copyright and intellectual property legislation.
Limitation of Liability
ProLutas is not responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to, data loss, service interruption or technical problems outside our control.
Privacy
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Não compartilhamos informações pessoais com terceiros sem sua autorização expressa, exceto quando exigido por lei.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will enter into force immediately after publication.
Forum and Legislation
These Terms of Use are governed by Brazilian law. It is elected the forum of the ProLutas home district to resolve any disputes.
